To say that I'm a connoisseur of wine would not be entirely accurate. I love to taste and sample different wines from time to time, and my preference for drinking is red wine. My pudding turned to crap but it was still good. The rest of the meal was delicious. At least this way if things start getting crazy at work with the Covid...at least my belly is happy.

Since I likely won't have much time to myself this month...I decided to start prepping the dinner I'm making for myself for tomorrow for Thanksgiving. I'm having baked chicken with Stove Top stuffing and mashed potatoes with corn and cranberry salad and chocolate pudding (the cook and serve kind). I sampled the chicken and it's divine. This was an election which, under a normal set of circumstances (In other words, my country not being held hostage by COVID-19), would have seen a landslide victory for Republicans and President Donald J.
