Black Bear At Mendenhall Glacier

My daughter and I went for a walk along Steep Creek near Mendenhall Glacier here in Juneau Friday evening around 7PM and we saw a juvenile cinnamon Black Bear grazing on the lush grass along the creek bank.

What are the pros and cons of Madrid , and Jemez Springs and Laguna New Mexico

We are thinging of visiting these area to consider moving there. Please let us know the pro's and cons. We are also touring these towns and visiting Southwestern college in Santa Fe. If you have any pros and cons , we would like to hear them please.
