Is anyone concerned that the home values have fallen over 50% but the valuations, for tax purposes are still high? Homes that are valued at $400,000 are selling for $150,000.
Assuming the government will not do it automatically how do you get the correct valuation.

Hello we are a family of 6 looking to relocate to maryland. My husband will be working in Baltimore. He is fine w/comutting like 30-40 minutes. Could anybody tell me about this wade st area and the school s there. I have one in high school and 3 in elementary school. I want to live in a safe family oriented neighborhood, of course w/great schools.

IS Westminster and it's communities and school's accepting to minorities? Or do they assume that every hispanic is an illegal? I hope i get some feefback. I would hate to move my children into an area that they would not feel comfortable in.any help is appreciated.
