I have to believe that raising kids is the hardest job out there. Give me lion taming, snake charming, sewer inspector, whatever! It's just got to be easier than taming a child. Oops, I mean, raising a child.

My sweet, darling, little girl, you know, the one with syrup in her belly-button, the same one who believes that girls don't mow yards, well, here it is her first year in 'real' school and she has already refused to participate in Phys Ed. That's right. My 5 YO got a zero...

Need help for relocation, please..

My husband and I will be moving to southern N.J. We're empty nesters, and would like to rent an animal friendly (we have a 10-year old lab), reasonably priced townhouse or house in a rural setting - or an areas with lots of trees, at least - within commuting distance of Gibbstown, N.J., preferably in Pennsylvania or Delaware. All I can find are the standard garden apartments on the web. Can anyone help us, and advise us about areas in the country? We don't care about malls, exercise rooms or...

What a beautiful time of year in the Hocking Hills! Soon the leaves will be changing in the hills, giving us rolling vistas of reds, oranges, yellows, and other beautiful colors.

The tourist season has been busier than usual here -- maybe due to the cost of gasoline. A trip to Wal-Mart is not as simple as it once was because of all the campers, motorcycles, and vehicles coming into town on 664.
