Customer Service

May I ask whatever happened to good customer service? It seems to have gone the way of the LP, eight-track, and black and white TVs. I don't want to turn this into a rant, but it probably will end up that way .

Lately, I've just really been paying attention to others' attitudes and behaviors that I observe, run in to or are faced with head on and it appears that rudeness has multiplied faster than two love-struck rabbits. It's mostly been seen in the service sector.

$3750-$7500 Tax Credit for Home Buyers

First time home buyers, or prospective buyers who have not owned a home in the last three years, are encouraged to take advantage of the Federal Housing Tax Credit. This tax credit is $3750 for individuals earning up to $90k a year and $7500 for married couples having a combined income of no more than $150k. The tax credit should be claimed when you file your tax return.

The tax credit does have to be repaid, but payments are interest free. Payments begin two years after the tax credit...
