finially the 18 year old left me alone .. not that i was afraid but fighting her would of been weird after all i am older and would of been unlady like to do so pluss shes talking bs and lives all the way in cali lol ... boy shes brave huh ... lol but yes i am happy she shut up ...

May I ask whatever happened to good customer service? It seems to have gone the way of the LP, eight-track, and black and white TVs. I don't want to turn this into a rant, but it probably will end up that way .

Lately, I've just really been paying attention to others' attitudes and behaviors that I observe, run in to or are faced with head on and it appears that rudeness has multiplied faster than two love-struck rabbits. It's mostly been seen in the service sector.

First time home buyers, or prospective buyers who have not owned a home in the last three years, are encouraged to take advantage of the Federal Housing Tax Credit. This tax credit is $3750 for individuals earning up to $90k a year and $7500 for married couples having a combined income of no more than $150k. The tax credit should be claimed when you file your tax return.

The tax credit does have to be repaid, but payments are interest free. Payments begin two years after the tax credit...
