So we just got back a friend's wedding in Charleston, SC. What a difference a few days can make in gas prices. When we left they were headed down to below 3.50, now we have seen them back up above 4 in a lot of places. Managed to fill up at a place for 3.69 in Rock Hill. A few people did not even attend because they were afraid of the high prices/shortages.

As I research more and more into civil rights abuses experienced by Native Americans both here and in Canada, the sadder I get. One would think that in this enlightened day and age, there would be less racism, less greed, but this is not so. Perhaps we have not evolved as fully as I had thought.
