Nice places in austin to live

Posted 10-04-2008 at 11:09 PM by matherbj

Hi,:)

Me and my family(husband and two little girls) are planning to move to austin, tx. Both, my husband and I will work from home, so the commute to work is not an issue. We are planning to buy a single home in a nice place. What are the nice areas (with good school districts) to live in austin? Also, we would like to spend no more than 200,000 dollars in the house. Please advice.

Hooversville in St. Louis aka Shanty Town

Posted 10-04-2008 at 07:58 PM by LouiseSTL

Does anyone remember Hooversville in St. Louis, also known as Shanty Town down on the St. Louis Bluffs, overlooking the Mississippi River, off of Broadway and Cherokee Street? I'm looking for stories and any and all information, knowledge, etc., I can find. Please tell me your stories and let me know if there is a site pertaining to this historic site.

But my little guy actually comes running to me and lays himself right down where I need to vacuum. Or sweep. What is with that? He even puts his nose in my broom pile dust. I have to scoot him out of the way. Literally.

Another...

Posted 10-04-2008 at 12:05 PM by tennesseedreamin

I've spent a lot of years expressing myself online. I never really promoted my sites for some reason but I'd like to share them with everyone anyway so here is a low-level promo...

You can find ALL of my sites at that url. Let me know what you think if you wanna.
