Hostfamily Wanted =)

Posted 10-14-2008 at 07:59 AM by cathy_greece

Hey,
My name is Cathrin, 16 years old and I'm a girl from Germany. I'm currently in Michingan. I'm here for 5 weeks now with an german organisation and i"m not content at all. The school is too small (250 students from K-12) and has nothing to offer for the students. No extracurricular activities , nothing. I really love playing soccer so I was really down when I saw that here's nothing. :(
Even the "town" is too small and boring. My hostfamily is ok, but we don't have...

Oh Simon!

Posted 10-14-2008 at 07:57 AM by Siobjuan

About an hour before the alarm was to go off I am awakened by the sound of a wee soul sharpening his claws on the boxspring. Then the shadow defies gravity by use of said newly sharpened claws to achieve bed height to see what's the haps up there. As he reaches his pinnacle, the final push to attain his goal is helped by the tendons in my heel where the claws have found purchase. He then pokes at all who WERE comfortable ensconced within the toasty folds of the blankets and limbs. A wrestling match...

gay politics

Posted 10-14-2008 at 07:53 AM by bkidd

Why do poloticians care if gay men and women get married or have a "commitment" ceremony. Why does it matter? Do we has homosexuals not have the same rights as heterosexuals? It just bothers me that if I'm with a man for 20 or so years and something happens to one of us who ever is left doesn't have a leagal right to anything we have built together. Isn't America the land of the free? Compaired to other countries yes but when you get right down to it its not
