going to move to the fortworth , tx area in about 5 months. have two girls 11-17. need a reasonable place to live and a good job. any ideas????

My husband & I are moving to Chicago, we are having trouble finding a studio apt. that sits right next to the el tracks. It has always been our dream to sit by our window and watch the el go by, we dream of laying in bed nights hearing the sound of the el go by, and having the room light up from the light of el. Im moving back to my little town of East Northport, NY as soon as I can. I moved here to Melbourne, Florida last October and I really dont dig it here. its not what I thought. I miss the little town feel and community feeling. I miss the seasons. I miss my friends. Its very hard to make friends down here. There are too many rednecks down here.
