Is there any appeal to Edgewater? I am looking into buying a home there and was wondering if it is even worth it. Is edgewater really making a comeback? Is it safe?

I became sick with pnemonia and was unable to do my job and my last employer is using not giving a notice as a reason to block me getting my unemployment check. I moved here from Ca and was happy to buy a great property for a good price. New Mobile home and 3 1/2 acres of flat land. Horses ok, too.
