hey there you all, got a question for you and hopefully someone will at least give me some input to this, perferably alot of inputs.

Okay here it is what do you think is a good waiting period after a divorce to go on a date and what would that date extent of ,,, just doing something & no kissing, or what? freaky question but hey this seems like a cool place to ask.. by the way the marriage was of 20 pluse years. And there is no chance of a reconcilation at all. Just happier being...

I am about to graduate college and am looking to move out of the US. mainland. I automatically thought of the U.S. Virgin Islands and think that is where I want to go, but I'm really open to any sort of laid-back environment like that, just need some advice on this topic from someone...

Is it safe to Drive Canadian Highway in March?

Not knowing really what to expect with this move to Alaska. I have so many questions. In March is it safe to drive the Canadian Hwy. ? If not what is the best way to arrive to Anchorage /Fort Richardson? We were recently told it is very difficult to find housing in the Eagle River/ Anchorage area. We are just trying to plan a head to make our move as easy as possiable. Any information that can be provided as to what I can expect at this time of year would greatly be appreciated. landlord tenant laws

I am a first time landlord and have had to do an eviction on the tenants at my residence.
It seems to me that the tenants have more rights than the owners themselves.
I started the eviction process and since the tenants removed the couple of item they had left at the property I thought I could finally change the locks. I couldn't! The tenants went to the magistrates office to and told them that they weren't finished getting everything when I know for a fact that they did and were just...
