T'was the night of Thanksgiving
But I just couldn't sleep.
I tried counting backwards.
I tried counting sheep.

The leftovers beckoned - the dark meat and white,
But I fought the temptation with all of my might.

Tossing and turning with anticipation,
The thought of a snack became infatuation.

So I raced to the kitchen, flung open the door,
And gazed in the fridge, full of goodies galore,

I gobbled up turkey and...

While everyone is in a hurry, doing the last minute prep. for Thanksgiving Day, and making the lists, for "Black Friday" shopping, I hope they pause and actually give some thought, about all the things we have, to be thankful for........above all, I am thankful, to have been born, An American.......

What it means,
To be an American

To believe in the promise
Of a better tomorrow,
And stand united in our efforts
To give a peaceful nation...

it´s not a big chance, but perhaps luck is on my side...or at least google.
I met a perfect norwegian girl in Cumbuco, Brasil on the 14th of November when I was kite surfing there. She was there for partying and buggy driving with some friends from Norway. All I know is her name Anna and that she is an art teacher from the Oslo region. At the moment she works in a kindergarden.
I am from Germany and I know that she will be visiting Mainz in Germany soon. Perhaps...

I am a 57 yr female who is getting divorced & sell our home next year. I live in Rhode Island and have wanted to move for a long time. I have two dogs & one cat. Kits are grown and on their own. I have just been approved for ssdi so i will be on a fixed income.
I am looking to move sometime next year but am confused as to where to go.

I would like to live near the mountains but am open to suggestions. A nice ranch with 2-3 beds, 1-2 baths, laundry room, fenced yard...

I'm trying to find out if you can claim work comp if your on your way to work ( the Office) and your in an accident, can you claim a work comp claim or is it soley on your car insurance?:think:
