Our neighbor is saying that our dog barks all day. That is quite hard to believe due to the fact we have a sonic dog bark control device up in fact we have two. I have heard his dogs barking at 8pm on some nights. So isn't this calling the kettle black. He has sent complaints to the Humane Society and I have talked with them twice about what we are doing.
