In 2006, I bought a condo in LV for 170,000,( CASA MESA VILLAS) . It is 5yearARM with a second mortgage. The second mortgage is 34K.
I could pay off my second mortgage and refinance my condo. My sister suggested to put my 34K in a newer and bigger place and foreclosed on the condo. My question....Should I take her advice. A close family friends are renting the place for 800, I still have to come up with 500 cause the monthly martgage of combined loan plus HOA is U$1266....

Come the first week of March; my hubby and I will be in TN for the birth of our first grandchild, a little girl.. .
And the best is that we have the chance to move back and a job offer as well.

If hubby gets the job we will be coming back to where we live now, packing it up and moving home to TN for good.
