I am moving to The Woodlands and I am hoping to bring my 49cc Honda Metropolitan with me. I have visited and am unsure whether or not it is feasible to get around the area. Some roads are a 55mph speed limit any my little scooter only goes 35. I have researched the DMV and they say I need to take a test and get a moped certification. Was wondering if anyone has done this as well.

I now have a tap for water from the city but cannot get permit for septic tank because its in a flood path , which was not disclosed to me by the seller , Do i have any recourse in getting my money back legally?
