Tyler, Kota, Jonathon, Phoenix, Clayton, Timmy and a few others were there. Jonathon, Phoenix and Clayton had to go home. So we all rode our bikes to their house and say see you later!! Then Timmy says “ I bet Kota and I can beat you in a game of Cops and Robbers!!” Then I say “ bring it B****”.[/FONT]

It started out as a pretty fun day. My best friend( at the time) Kota came over and wanted to know If I would ride Bikes to the park with him. So I bring my Bicycle down the stairs and we take off. We decided that we wanted to play Cops and Robbers. So we are chasing each other all over our side of town. When we cross the narrow White Lick Creek Road Bridge I press on my brakes to slow down from going down the hill and my front brakes go out. So I am able to make it safely off the bridge and into...

To let you in on the reason for this, so here's some history:

I play competitive soccer on a under 14 team. Last year we were in the priemere leauge for our division. For some who do not follow soccer as well as others, that is the highest division in my leauge. We easily captured first and are now in a higher leauge for the spring.

2009

The new year is here and I for one am not to thrilled about it! The road ahead is clearly a very difficult one for the world at large. I just pray that people can come together so that we can slove some of these damn problems! Lets think positive and work forward for a better life! A very nice song to listen to, although this is off topic, is Endless Day by echo image. They are a very great synthpop group, but sadly are hardly known at all. New Rules for Appraisals

Posted 01-05-2009 at 03:25 PM by Eleanor Thorne

Even though we are not in a declining market in NC - we are being penalized anyway!

Effective January 1, most banks are requiring 2 appraisals with each purchase. This means closing cost fees just went up by $300 to $400 dollars... and the values we've enjoyed, are being CUT by the new appraisals!

Just one more hoop to jump through! Makes it even more important to work with a lender you trust for your refinance!
