Posted 02-19-2009 at 08:48 PM by Kerowyn (Rambles, thoughts, ideas, in general words to think by.)

Starting off with some unconcious thoughts, ramblings. Today was a normal day, got up feed Mocha ( My Tonkanese, cat) played with the clothes - washer to dryer, dryer to basket. I am a great procrastinator so folding comes later if ever. Hey I live alone, what do I care! it’s the bachelor life for me.

Ok were was I….. Oh yes...

It's Not That Bad
Mindy could feel her anxiety rising. Things were getting on top of her. Her boss was in a bad mood making life at work very unpleasant. Her sister was refusing to talk to her about their mother's deteriorating health. She herself was having more frequent headaches, mini panic attacks and losing sleep. But it made her feel strong to think she could handle it herself. She never confided in her partner.:tape:

However, if you are looking to get a CRAZY deal on a foreclosure, think again. Those late night TV infomercials teaching you how to buy foreclosures for 20-30 cents on the dollar are just there to sell you...

Foreclosure Property Basics: Part 1 (Finding them, viewing them, and what to expect making your offer)

Posted 02-19-2009 at 08:49 AM by GregTraub

Foreclosure properties have by far been the #1 inquiry I have received from many buyers in the market place today. People are interested in purchasing foreclosures for very good reason too, the owners are very motivated to sell, they are usually the most aggressively priced in the market, and they (unlike short sales) can be purchased in 30 days or less like a normal sale. There are unfortunately...
