its funny how i miss you , even after we just chatted or talked ....lil things you tell me drive me beyond ... its the times we share that count ... you tell me things no one knows about you ....lil secrets we share i hold so dear to my heart ...i thought i lost you once .. but now i know .. you were just killing time till i was yours only ......the way you say hi or hey i was just thinking of you .. always makes my day ...more then you will ever know .... i find myself missing you not...

Closer & closer

We are getting closer & closer to our move to Pueblo. We are so thrilled. We are getting more excited as each day passes and our projected move date approaches. We already feel our hearts linked to the people in Pueblo, CO. I know God is going to do some great things in this town. What a great time to start a church. It seems like when people are in difficult situations in their lives they run to the Lord. There is not better place to run than to the Lord. Cast all your care on him (Jesus)...

The snow that fell overnight was a gift.....everything is clean, white and unsullied. This morning as the sun warmed the hemlock trees their branches released, and the snow powder sifted through their needles. The wind carried it in wisps and plumes of white, like decending spirits returning home to earth.

Phoenix vs. Denver vs. Atlanta vs. Austin

I've lived in Phoenix now for over 5 years (by way of Lincoln, NE) and just found out my awesome job as an art teacher is being cut for next year... along with hundreds of other teaching jobs because of state cuts, low enrollment etc. Job market in Phoenix now looks gloomy for me.
It's quite possible that I could get a half time teaching position and then I could go back to school for my masters if I can get grant money and loans (in state tuition!) But I'm also considering moving because...
