Where has all the bad news gone....

Recently I read an article from RISMEDIA tilted "Have we hit bottom - 10 Factors to Consider" and in this article they covered the following 10 factors signaling a bottoming of the real estae market.
1. A spike in local sales activity. A spike refers to a significant rise in the number of home sales (or values) in a local market area, which generally is measured month to month. A spike does not necessarily mean continued growth, i.e. it could be a one month phenomenon.

i feel the great emptyness from deep with in .. it grows as the days and nights must go on .... i rambling on here and there like the wind ... no real place to call home .... never stoping in one place for long . always on the go .. i am a nomad for ever roaming a lost traveler ... for i am nothing .....

A little bit of leisure time always gives way to something. Traveling for a long length of time has a tendency to lend itself to happenings, and a few of them worthy of capture inside my memory.

And for this latest excursion in Lubbock, Texas, there are certainly no exceptions. This week has been fun, and this is a fine place to relax, unwind, and see a good sunset or two. Which, by the way, I've done so far. About thirty minutes before this writing...

It appears inevitable that a cashless society will shortly become a reality. With that will come more government control, less freedom, and less options on what to do with one's money. You can bank on that!

Houston Future
