Just an update on how things are going for me for anyone that is interested.

I am going full steam ahead to create an Adsense internet empire. Seriously.

The main thing I have been focusing on is learning to uncover niche markets. Markets on the Internet that are underserved where I stand a chance of ranking in the top 3 spots on Google search rankings. Laborious and time consuming research but I am uncovering what appear to be some red hot markets.

It was an up and down week for mortgage backed securities last week. Despite better than expected economic data, MBS didn’t give up any ground, but didn’t gain any either. Mortgage rates did manage to dip to 4.75% but by week’s end, they had risen to 4.875% for the best qualified consumers.
