Fiesty and Fearless at Play

Bigun has been with us now for six weeks as of tomorrow afternoon. His latest weigh in has him at 15 lbs, and he's learned most of the commands for a well-mannered pup: sit, wait, bring, drop it, etc. He loves his walks: usually two miles, twice a day, when the location we are in allows it. He isn't bothered by the frequent travel, nor the change in locations. Traffic noises do not faze him, and he walks over any surface. I am considering agility training, later.

Are you tired of all of the hype of this drug and that fad diet? Tried almost everything and get overwhelmed and give up? Don't know if it's even worth it? One thing that runs in my family a lot...well maybe in me more than anyone else since I am the oldest, from my mother, is the tendency to worry about things that may never happen.

I will sometimes get all in a tizzy with concern about things that are really silly to worry about when what I worry about may ultimately not even come close to happening.

As if the major broadcast TV networks didn't already have enough negative baggage to deal with (dwindling audiences, bad writers, poor acting, what have you), we get the following news from CBS: They're doing a remake of the old "Hawaii Five-O" series. What the...? Another remake of yet another old show?? More grumblings from those still thirsting for new ideas from an industry practically fresh out of them.

That's just it, folks. Need any more...
