Relocating from South Orange County Calif

I am a young 55 year old single woman relocating to Dallas/ may be Las Colinas. I am looking for work and a single life. How is Las Colinas? What other area do you suggest.:confused:

Rates Under Pressure Again Following Jobless Claims Data

Yesterday, the prices of mortgage backed securities managed to hold onto the gains from the prior day. MBS were unable to extend the gains even after the Department of Treasury successfully held their last debt offering of the year which saw very good demand. The sideways trading left mortgage rates unchanged on the day.

The fixed income market is set for an early close today at 2pm eastern and will be closed all of tomorrow in celebration of the New Year.

Remodeling the entire house all by yourself isn’t worth the time and efforts. However, there are some things that you can do to save yourself some money without getting into the project. But before that, you need to be aware of your own limitations. Don’t do things that you’re really not comfortable with just to save some money. You may wind up with a remodel that isn’t done very well and face some problems down the road. Just do what you’re comfortable with and what you’re good at....

last mistake?

ok so once again my grandparents dog got pregnant and my dog is the one who got her pregnant and so about 2 weeks ago she gave birth to 5 little puppies so now we have 5 chorkies. yorkie+chihuahua=chorkie and so now we have the task of watching over them and soon or later rehoming them. i am getting a cut of the money but i plan on using it to neuter my dog. i've heard good things about neutering my dog but still kind of scared of the actually thing. so i was wondering if anyone who has had there...
