1) Condos will always have HOA fees as will Patio homes. Only single homes in older neighborhoods don't have HOA fees. HOA takes care of yard maintenance, roof, trash, water, and keeps common areas landscaped. HOAs are a given in AZ.

Memphis, TN- A raid into the seedier side of town netted the arrest of twelve dogs accused of mistreating humans at a local human shelter this weekend.

Up to 250 humans were found early Friday morning, many of them locked in cages amidst their own fecal matter. Some of the cages had as many as five humans inside. Most of them were starved and other signs of abuse were clearly apparent.

It's widely suspected the shelter operated a secret human-fighting ring after business...
