Aaahhh tis one of those days, thats a pleasure to be alive and enjoy! Nice Sunny weather, and just comfortable, (even for a guy who is on blood thinners and is always too cold or too hot ...)

I'm not for celebrating my birthday, and this year I completely forgot about it - that is until my eldest (and favorite) niece called me up, singing . Later in the day, my best friend, whom I've known since the playpen brought over a cake, ice cream, a homemade chicken pot pie (delicious) and a HUGE bouquet of flowers which I had to place in several vases! She's such a kind and giving person; I'm so lucky to have her.

Mom is very quiet nowadays...not eating much and sleeping more...

Not much to recap from yesterday’s trading in the fixed income sector. Both benchmark treasuries and mortgage backed securities traded in a very tight range with no motivation to move in either direction as market participants await further economic data. Lenders left rate sheets unchanged on the day with mortgage rates near the lows of 2010.
