Mortgage Rates Continue to Improve as Greece Worries Extend

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Benchmark Treasuries and mortgage backed securities continued to move higher in price, lower in yield yesterday as worries over Greece continue. The economic data from yesterday was rather positive but the “flight to safety” trade continued nonetheless. Despite the price gains with MBS, lenders held rate sheets steady on the day but we should receive better pricing this morning.

Moving to Florida

Im looking to move to West Palm Beach Florida in the Wllington area with 2 boys by the age of 6 and 11 years old. Or is there anyone that have any other city ideas that is more suburban like and safe.:hamd:

Bridge to Osceola Island

Osceola Island in Bristol, TN is beautiful. It's my home away from home. It's one of the places I escape to - and never go without my camera. There's nature, a 1.5 mile long trail around the island, a picnic area, fishing and water - lots of it (there is also the Wier Dam -another post). To me, it's Paradise.

Directions: From 421 in Bristol, turn right...
