Posted 05-20-2010 at 02:55 PM by SunnyKayak

Now...today...this moment...you can choose to change your thinking.
Your life won't turn around overnight, but
if you're consistent and make the choice on a daily basis
to think thoughts that make you feel good,
you'll definitely make positive changes in every area of your life.

Going going Guam....

Posted 05-20-2010 at 02:20 PM by sailboat26

From the middle class suburbs of Ahwatukee, AZ. to the middle of nowhere. This is our families journey of a major move.

I have lived in the Phoenix area for about 28 years. I grew up in Scottsdale, went to ASU and reside in Ahwatukee (AKA 'The Tuke'). I am ready for an adventure.

My family consists of my 6 year old son, Thomas, 3 year old daughter, Tatum, and husband of 10 years, Randy. He, and this horrid economy, are the reason for this adventure.

Randy...

Mortgage Rates Holding at Best Level of 2010

Posted 05-20-2010 at 08:36 AM by VictorBurek

The rally in the rates market continued yesterday with mortgage rates improving a few basis points. Much like the prior day, rates started to come under pressure in the morning but quickly changed course taking its cues from the stock market. As stocks moved lower, money flowed into bonds. By day’s end, MBS closed at the best level of 2010. A few lenders who issued rates at the lows of the day, did reprice for the better lowering consumer borrowing costs further.

With no data due...

Restless Energy

Posted 05-19-2010 at 09:54 PM by razorbladesmiley (Dark Light)

Sometimes I think I'm psychotic cuz I have thoughts that don't stop cycling in my head.

The Girlfriend's new cat:

It gets on my nerves. I'm not much of a cat lover cuz I think cats are mank. They give themselves a bath by licking their fur and every so often, they'll puke up this mess. She told me that if it bothers me that much, just wipe it up with a paper towel. Heelloo? Just seeing cat puke sickens me. Izzy hasn't coughed up yet, but I'm sure to step on her hairball sometime...
