I've had my best work out to date! When I was done, I actually had more energy and could walk faster to the car. I did more reps, but, I did them slower, so that my muscles would work more and strain to get those weights up and down... Instead of 50 reps apiece, I did 100, though the leg (or is it body), one I did, I am using lesser weight, 60 pounds instead of 100pounds, cause my knees were starting to feel it, and once the knees blow, there is way too much rouble from coming back from that...

The “flight to safety” trade continued yesterday as stock markets around the globe continued to sell off on European debt concerns with our own Dow losing 376 points yesterday. The biggest winner in the “flight to safety” has been U.S Treasuries with mortgage backed securities gaining as well but to a much smaller degree.
