i must say i'm a florida girl for life! i love my state even though at times it seems like it's all just one big scam, everyone is out to get over on someone but i guess high gas prices makes people hustle harder for their money.. i cant stand living in a town that opperates on who you know (Belle glade,Fl) its like you have to know the right people in oder to get a simple job at a radio shack or wendy's, because if you dont they give you the run around for about a week or two, then dey tell you...

What Will Move Mortgage Rates in the Week Ahead?

Mortgage rates ended the week on a positive note. Following Thursday's sell off which forced lenders to reprce worse multiple times, Friday we got rebound. After the release of a very disappointing Retail Sales Report, mortgage backed securities rallied to recapture most of the prior day's losses. Then we got Consumer Sentiment which indicated the US consumer was more optimistic than thought which led to stocks rallying which usually pulls money away from MBS.
