I've been researching property and there is a lot to choose from in the area from lots all the way to million dollar palaceses, of course those aren't in Clearlake. They would be in the better area not in Clearlake. I'm really encourage by the responses I receoved today in the Ca. forum and a lot of the commynity out there seems to agree. There are draw backs like drugs and drug production. Thats everywhere you look today. I think maybe a lot of defaults in the area heve to do with that situation....

&*&^%$$!!!! We are still waiting to hear the numbers to make the final decision on moving. I just want to scream because in the mean time our life is on hold. Should we make a preschool payment? Should we sign the kids up for a sports team? Should I pursue a job? It seems trivial but this is my life and I feel like I can not live it. Island time is great if you are on an island but not so cool in the desert!

Most people look forward to Spring and Summer but I like Fall and Winter best since I live in the desert....The temps range from 110 to 125 or even higher here during the Summer months and it doesn't cool down very much at night....We have to bring a cooler with us when we go grocery shopping to protect our "cold food" and perishables on the drive home....It took awhile for the extreme heat to get here this year and we feel lucky....But the heat is here now and it won't go away for months...
