Consumer borrowing costs improved yesterday following the release of weaker than expected data on the health of the services sector of our economy. The weak data caused the stock market to sell and money flowed into the safety of treasuries and mortgage backed securities. The price gains with MBS held through close and all lenders did reprice better lowering consumer borrowing costs.

So awhile back I wrote on how we had lost a valued member of my growing pet family. She was a young dog that lost to the battle of parvo. It was a horrible shock to us all but most of all to my brother it was his dog that he had since she was a tiny pup and was with him through college. After returning home a few weeks later she got parvo.

Today I started teaching my summer session 2 term of Calculus 2. Well, I would love to say it went tell, but it didn't. First, I should probably mention that this course meets for 2 hours 5 days a week. To date, the longest I've taught was for 1hour and 15minutes.
