Considering a move From Canada to Dallas

Posted 07-31-2010 at 08:21 PM by sorey

Hi everyone:
I am at a point in my life where I am considering a change, I heard good things about Texas and specially Dallas. Is it a good idea to move. I am an insurance professional which currently not working, I have my own house, single female with three cats and live comfortable in Ontario. I am also a duel citizen which means living and working in US is not a problem for me. Any thoughts would be appreciated,
S

When you go from apartment to hotel in a few short hours, you tend to make certain adjustments. So, imagine the scene that took place on my recent trip to Lubbock.

After six hours of travel, I arrive at the hotel, unpack all of my things, and put certain things in their places. Among those said things were plastic bottles of spring water and glass bottles of Dublin Dr Pepper, and they were being placed in a mini-refrigerator that felt like it wasn't very cold....

For the past nine seasons, "American Idol" has become part of the fabric of our nation, giving talented wannabes an opportunity to break into the music scene. We have watched as many contestants sing before a panel of judges to get themselves critiqued on their performances so that we, the viewing public, can find out whether they have what it takes to make it in the business.

The show is heading into season number ten, and your favorite blogger has a few thoughts...
