I'm NOT buying ONE MORE BOOK!

Posted 08-23-2010 at 08:43 PM by LookinForMayberry

Posted 08-23-2010 at 05:09 PM by case44 (Welcome To Case's Column)
Updated 08-24-2010 at 08:26 PM by case44

It all began really well, actually. Despite the fact that it is Monday all over the world, I had an excellent day at work. I got my work done as per the usual (and, occasionally, the unusual), and the time had come to run errands before venturing home for dinner. Successful stops and this writer got what he needed.

Mortgage backed securities did open higher on Friday which allowed lenders to pass along the best rate sheets of the week, but as the day progressed they moved lower in price forcing most lender to issue reprices for the worse.

We have no economic data on the calendar this...

Real Estate CONSULTANT or Real Estate Salesperson???

Posted 08-22-2010 at 07:16 PM by VickiR

Just last week, I heard from THREE of my previous clients who wanted to know if I thought they'd be good in "sales". Yes, that is what they all asked. One even told me that he has been taking "sales training".

Is it odd that I have NEVER considered myself a salesperson? My...

1)From a dog that strongly pulled away from it's owner and the owner didn't have to strength to pull him completly off of me I graved my dog and held him over my head so that he would be safe but the dog kept pushing at me to get to my dog,

2) To watching an owner open there front...
