Well, I did my Fall blog a couple of years ago. Is there anything else I can say about my appreciation of this glorious season? Just consider this an addendum, I suppose, to the last one! We usually don't see the arrival of autumn necessarily coincide with the beautiful harvest moon, but we did this year. Mortgage Rates Steady Near Historic Lows

Since Friday, lender pricing has improved 75 basis points bringing the par interest rate very close to all time lows. Mortgage rates were unable to extend those gains yesterday as the interest rates markets took a breather.

Toby, the boss, screwed up big time. Dumb part is, I told him more than a week ago he needed to move a problem camera to the different encoder. But I'm a dumb chick and I don't know anything. So, here we are, out of compliance with Gaming Regs. Corporate was down his throat. Toby called IT in to fix the problem. IT called the Tech for the company with whom we purchased our surveillance system. They told IT the only way to fix the problem is the move the camera to a different encoder. Genious!...
