I often listen to Coast to Coast...and often here George Norri interview guests who are so assured that when you die, or when they die, that they will be greeted by loving cheerful happy family or entities...

And although, never themselves being totally dead, they seem to have no doubt about this in their head...

What scares me about this is that there never seems to be no kind of consequence in these scenerios...

I mean whether you spent your living years...

Whining and complaining about others is a mindset...and I garuntee you, those who either turned to Obama for fulfillment, and those who are now turning to the Tea Party for fulfillment...won't be fulfilled, and will continue to whine and complain...

For whiners who turn towards elected officials to fix their life, be it they left or right, nothing is ever going to be 'right' for them...they will always find a short coming in their life, and will always need someone, or some political...

The bond market extended their gains for a third consecutive day yesterday. Mortgage backed securities opened higher and gradually moved higher throughout the day. The price gains were not huge but they were large enough to allow most lenders to reprice for the better. By day’s end, rates below 4% had reappeared with some lenders… but you would have to be willing to pay more in fees and you would have to fall into the perfect borrower category.

Mortgage rates extended their gains for the second day in a row yesterday. News from China, they announced a surprise rate hike, led our stock market lower which allowed money to flow into US Treasury debt and mortgage backed securities. Later in the trading day, it was announced that Bank of America might be forced to buy back $47billion of loans they previously sold to investors. This added more pressure on stocks and allowed more money to flow into the debt markets. By day’s end, all...

We had a departmental meeting last Thursday. The meeting itself wasn’t nearly as stupid as our last departmental meeting in December of 2009, but, so far, it’s been just as productive. Toby is trying to be a manager now. I think he’s feeling the heat from Corporate. The problem is Toby has no idea what a manager is supposed to do. He’s never really been one. He’s just had the title and the pay.
