The market since the tax credit expired has been pretty crazy....I don't mean crazy busy, cause it has been really slow. My Daughter is celebrating her 18th Birthday today! (Yea, its early by quite a few days, but, since the local news says the National Weather whatchamacallit is calling for a Winter Storm advisory tomorrow and its going to snow for the beejeebers for the next two days, so its best to get it in while we can!!).

You know, I got up this morning, like any other morning, and was tuning the AM radio, and just happen to come upon one of those oldies channels...and they were playing X-mas music...and then it just hit me..
