Last night I went to exercise session at the YMCA... Whew! I took one too many pain med, and had to work my butt off, in order to nullify the effect of the med!
Normally, I know how much to take, but, last time I went (ove a week ago), I had to add an extra one, because the pain wasnt being overcome, so, I figured it would be the same this time..WRONG!!

Well, I had this huge 'rant' typed out, but, since I cant stop everyone from seeing it, other than the people on my 'friends list' and Moderator, (whom it wouldnt bother me to see), I decided to cancel it.
I will have to find another way for the interested party to get my message, (after I am dead of course, because the person cant read it before hand and really make our lives more uncomfortable than it is now).

I've had a busy weekend. Went skiing up at Stevens Pass on Saturday which meant getting up at 6:30 (or so with the snooze), and my buddy John and I ended up Skiing 17 runs. It was an awesome day..!! I ended up under dressing and it was about 20 degrees. Usually I over dress, and for some reason this time around I didn't do much research, and low and behold; I was pretty chilly.
