1. First off target and or scope out a job or company you want to work for...and once in your crosshairs, don't loose sight of them.



If you want the job, tell yourself your going to get it, no matter what...

2. Sometimes the hardest obstacle to get past can be the front desk receptionist...who always tend to think they're 'god'...or seem to always be on some power trip...this can often...

There goes my 'New Year's Resolution', eh? LOL
Thats why I dont 'make' Resolutions, because they are so easily to break...But, if my knee hadnt gone 'on the bum', I would have gotten back to exercise sessions... Now I gotta wait and see whats wrong, and what can be done to correct the situation.

My Resolution days are gone!! I havent made one of those in more years than I can remember, but, decided to 'try' to do it this year LOL... Reckon my body had other plans... sheesh!!...

Mortgage Rates Steady, Sneak Peak into Jobs

Mortgage backed securities opened yesterday moving higher in price allowing lenders to pass along improved rate sheets from the prior morning. As the day progressed, MBS continued to add onto the morning gains resulting in a few lenders to reprice for the better. However, around noon MBS peaked in price and sellers emerged driving MBS prices lower. A couple of those lenders that had repriced for the better sent out another rate sheet taking away part of the price improvement.

New Year's Eve morning, I woke with a sore throat. Recalling that I'd forgotten to take an antacid the night before, I chalked it up to an evening of reflux, popped a couple of Gaviscon with my coffee con soy leche, and went on with my day. Mortgage Rates Improve to Start off the Year

Mortgage rates got some relief yesterday after the beating they took in December when rates rose, and rose and rose some more for no apparent reason. Mortgage backed securities followed the lead of their benchmark big brother, the 10 year treasury note to higher prices and lower yields. All lenders repriced for the better as MBS closed the day at their price highs. To remind readers, as MBS move higher in price, lenders can offer lower mortgage rates.
