Canes

I got up and felt 'pressure' on my back, so, I decided to walk with my canes, since I know what pressure means, its a precursor to pain starting in the lower part of my back, and if I am with out my 'support' I could have a huge spasm at any time and simply fall to the floor!

Wonderful, when i know ymy body so well--> having lived in it all my life ROTFLOL!

Mortgage Rates React to Employment Data

Milk- Does a Body Good!

Well, it must have been all those years of not drinking milk that led to Arthritus (my ol buddy), coming back and rearing its ugly head again...
I took one of those Anti-Inflammatory pills (500mg Naproxen), and I have very little pain below the knee cap at all! Im figuring after today, (since I have to take one in the morning and one at night), I should be pain free... Thing is, I wonder how long I will have to take them? Is this going to be a steady regiment of my already vast assortment...

ADP Jobs Preview Pressures Mortgage Rates Higher

Yesterday we received the ADP Employment report which blew away expectations showing our private sector added three times as many jobs as expected( 297k vs 101k expected). Typically, this report does not carry a great deal of impact…unless it varies greatly from expectations. The good news on jobs, led benchmark treasury yields higher forcing mortgage backed securities lower in price which increases consumer borrowing costs.
