I was looking up old classmates from Grade School on Facebook... Sheesh! I know of one that is dead, and the few that I found, well, I wouldnt recognise them on the street if I smacked into them!! Its amazing how everyone has changed since then, and even since High School, they have altered thier appearance so much... Me? I still look the same, (face wise that is), but, in a more 'wide load' package, sheesh!

It seems that not everyone is into FaceBook as they claim, or, not everyone...

Exercise Session

Just sitting at my Desk, when my Wife sprung it on me, "How about going to exercise today"!! Hmmmm and that was 'after' I got my bath, so I would be squeaky clean to get all sweated up again LOL...

Well, its been enough days that my 'sore muscles are all gone now... And I didnt over do my pain meds, so, I felt the muscles strain as I was doing the deed...Fortunately, there is coffee and ice tea for me, sitting on my desk while I type...now if I can mooch another Ham Sandwhich,...

Well it's over...that big day...

A day that use to be the most special to myself and others as a child, has turned into a spectical of watching others, and being amazed at what others, who are fortunate, are still able to do or make of that day...

It's funny how everything goes in reverse as you get older...as a kid, X-mas meant the world to you and maybe not so much to parents...but as our parents age...it seems to mean more to them, and less to their off spring who...

Christmas Giving

I am addicted to Christmas's spirit of giving -- not getting, but giving.

I could blame it on my mom. Before the folks bought the store (I was five) and started working themselves into a divorce, which is about the same time my sister arrived, mom stayed home and pampered me. She sewed my dresses by hand, cooked great meals, and lavished me with gifts.

In those "good years" I would wake Christmas morning to a room full of wrapped gifts under the tree -- mostly...

The Day After

My kids got me a new set of earphones for my computer!! Best thing I could have gotten
Ive been on YouTube listening to Madonna's LIKE A PRAYER... There is something about that song, a haunting lyrical array that just makes me want to listen to it over and over again.

I may have to get someone to download it for me into my MP3 player so I can listen to it while Im working out!! Problem is, any distraction and I lose 'count', so I have to keep starting over and over again,...
