I slept in, til 2:30pm!! What a waste of a day!! I felt like I should just go to the facilities, get something to eat afterwards and go back to bed and wait til the morning to start all over again! sheesh!!

I got up and asked my Wife, why she let me sleep in so long, and she said "You didnt go to bed til after 1am, (after my bath), so, we let you sleep in today!! And this from a woman, who, if she slept in past 8am, would chastize me for letting her sleep in and wasting her...

The past few months I have been blogging about the Charlotte housing market. The months of October and November of 2010 was showing that the market was doing pretty horribly, but looking at the last month of the year the housing sales went up 22% from 1474 homes sold in November to 1885 homes sold in the month of December.

That boost on the outside shows that the market is improving somewhat but the value of homes dropped a staggering 10%...

Mortgage backed securities extended their price gains yesterday after the Department of Treasury successfully auctioned $13 billion of 30 year bonds. The demand wasn’t as strong as the prior day’s 10 year auction but good enough to all MBS prices to move higher for the second day in a row. To remind readers, as MBS price move higher lenders can offer lower mortgage rates but if MBS price moves lower lenders are forced to increase mortgage rates. I got up early today, and got on my computer, waiting for my 'morning coffee' that my loving Wife brings to me every day

She was preparing to take my Daughter to School, and I asked her to listen to my head phones... On it, was playing the song Jessie's Girl I had it on YouTube so that you could see the words while you listen to the song, well, I got a kiss as she went out the door, and when she came back ... Well worth it to please such a wonderful woman!

We had an awesome day woke up at nine and spent the day at Nascar Hall of Fame. This place is awesome. You learn about the legends, cool fun interactive exhibits. I couldnt get passed lap two in the simulator. I learn a couple of bootleggers started it all.

Im just glad I could do something for my Pookie!
