Routine

Yesterday wasnt much of a day... Didnt do much except work on the chain mail for my Son. Its starting to look like a 'fabric' of metal now... Still, my hands are getting cramped from clipping those 'rings' out that he winds on a dowel rod, about 200 per 'load'. I have a blister on one hand, and my other one is almost refusing to cooperate anymore LOL
I may have to let off for a few days, and let my hands get the crampness out of them. (Yea, I know I can wear gloves, but, I choose...

The media, our governments, and both political parties appear to be dancing around the elephant in the room regarding balancing the Federal and State budgets. I am not running for office so I can say here what no one else seems to want to -- the Emperor is naked, and we need to cut military spending.

High Rise Sales February 2011

Here is a look at the high rise sales over the last 6 months or so...I have removed the ownership section for the moment as I need to sort out what is actually happening at places like City Center.

It appears clear we have not bottomed yet on the high rises. Many are still going down at 25% or more per annum. Some...Meridian, Boca Raton and Signature appear close to stability. Others likely have...

We are here. It has been about 2 and a half weeks since we arrived and we are fairly settled in. It has been nonstop moving in and getting stuff to make it a home. So here is what I have learned about Guam:
Everyone is very friendly.
It does not seem as small as it is (yet)
People love it (I like it)
The humidity is not bad
Harper Valley kennel sucks - more later
Nice beaches and warm water
Crazy exspensive groceries
We are, many times, the only blondies...
