I went to my exercise session yesterday and I did things differently.
Now, I can actually 'sit down' to do those abdominal crunches...so, I use 50 pounds and did 300 reps, instead of my usual 1000 reps. I felt it 'more' in my belly, with the 300, then with the 1000! But, Im suprised that I dont feel anything today, being the next day), as I should feel 'something', ache? nope, pain? nope...oh well...
I did feel pain when I was doing the sit downs...back felt like it was killing...

I would have liked to know him more. He really felt like a brother to me, but at least we got to spend the time together that we did. Rest In Peace Gabriel C. Campbell "Gabe"

Whew, we've made it through yet another rugged Nothern Minnesota Winter! This one wasn't so bad, no long string of double digits below zero. While the snow has for the most part melted, the signs of Spring have yet to appear, the ones sent up by Mother Nature that is. Every where else it's beginning to pop up.

Families are beginning to take walks together, Mothers with the strollers, the kiddies on little bikes. Dog walkers are casual instead of hurried. The weather is playing...
