Didnt go to the YMCA yesterday to work out.
Yesterday was its 'one year' anniversary, and I didnt want to be working out, while hundreds of people came in and gawked at everyone on the machines, sheesh! Bad enough, I gotta look at myself in the mirrors, when I work out, let alone, showing my obese self off as a prized pig... Naw, aint gonna happen, so, I stayed home and watched TV.

For some reason, my sleeping pills arent working, and I didnt get to sleep til my Wife chased...

So with social media very abundant and the masses are so into "sharing" every detail of their lives....there is something you should know. If you are selling your home it is not the most prudent thing to do.....spilling the beans online.

Don't get me wrong, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn et al are great ways to keep in touch with old friends, school mates, relatives etc., it is also a great way to generate business and create new contacts within your field, I have an account...

Canning

My Son wanted to know how to 'can'. Its an age old tradition where you put up 'stock' for Winter, be it canning foods or salting them.

Sure, we have the modern day Freezer, but, what if the power goes out, or some other calamity, and you lose everything in there?!

So, she got her old BALL Canning Book out and together, they put up about twelve quarts of Bread 'n' Butter Pickles!! (My favorite!!).

My Son was so proud, that he took one of them to work, so...
