I went to exercise today... Didnt want to, but, my Wife insisted, and she is a force to be reckoned with, when she wants her way LOL.
I think those 'crunches' are starting to upset my stomach a lot now. Started happening on Sunday and seems to be continueing. TUMS doesnt do a thing for it, so, I have to figure its the bending and flexing of the stomach muscles thats doing it...

My Wife told me, she 'had' to get it in today, since Saturday and Sunday, I will be helping her...

my life some times seems like the open road .. one i have traveled so many turns..it has taken many places , never in one place for to long .. the people i have met along the way seem like shadows ...none staying long enough..my emotions run wild , heart beats ..i cant breath ..all signs its time to move on..and so i must answer the call of the open road ..its lonely voice calls out to me ..its like music to my ears ..cant wait ..i have been away...

Friday concerts in the park are there and we have some great concerts coming up too.

If you like Country Music, consider making the trek to Tahoe for Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town....wish I were going to be in town for that one.

My Daughter painted her room this week.
She painted the basecoat neon green. Then, she splashed on pink, and red. It looks like a train wreck, or, better described as a chain saw massacre!! Gastly colors, and when she finally moves out, its going to be a real pain to cover that junk up. (blobs of paint just spatted on the wall, so, Im wondering if a putty knife will have to be used first? who knows... cant wait to see what she wants to do 'next' with that room.
