So, lets discuss my humble opinion of the good and bad of a short sale.

A Short Sale is when a listing is less than the homeowner owes on the home.

The seller makes no profit on a short sale.

In order to qualify for a short sale a homewoner must have a qualifying hardship:
Loss of job
Significant cut in pay
Divorce
Illness or death in family
Relocation
Natural disaster
Intrease...

My Daughter is in the Hospital for tests.
For three days, she has been bleeding, (not her period time, and not there), and coughing up blood!!

Took her to the Emergency room two days ago, and the silly "Doctor" (I use this term loosely, since he didnt do any test, but a blood test and a 'finger probe-->and I havent seen that movie PAUL yet, sheesh!), sent her home and told her to see her family Doctor.

YEA!, like a Doctor is going to see a patient...

I'm actually a little late in writing this, but this sort of thing happens when a certain writer whom you read all the time gets preoccupied. Glad to be back in Big D territory, but heck, if I didn't have to go back to work, I'd have stayed in the Houston area to get second and third orders at some of my favorite restaurants and attended another Astros game.

I had a wonderful time down there on my longest vacation this calendar year. Come November, I'll be taking...

Last night didnt fair out so good...
First off, we had a water line break in the City. NO WATER!!! (Ok, just a trickle came out, that was still in the City lines, but, not enough to take a shower or bath). My Son, washed off in a bucket, after it took him sometime to fill. I waited til 4am to take a bath, figuring the water would be 'on' by that time, but, no go, so, I went to bed.

I woke up at 1:30pm again, and got my stuff together to take that bath I had been wanting ...

I was wondering if anyone has any information on the art scene in Kauai. my girlfriend and I are considering moving there from philadelphia. I am dying to go but she is extremely worried about whether she will be able to find work doing what she loves. she recently graduated with her masters in fine arts and would prefer to teach, work at a gallery, or buy/sell. She also wants to have opportunites to show her work at a gallery. I am not sure what kauai has to offer as far as careers/jobs. I will...
