I went to my exercise session today, but, my heart wasnt into it...

My loving Wife, who, usually sets up the machines before I get on them, made a slight boo boo, and, I paid for it

She didnt notice that the setting on the seat was not at the bottom, so, when I got on the abdominal machine, I threw out my back, slightly, trying to get into it...

My fault for not checking it myself, but, the oversight just killed my desire to exercise...(the pain...
