I continue to be flummoxed about how so many people can think that their religious beliefs have a place in politics. What we believe controls what we practice in our lives. Our politics control our society. Society is not an extension of ourselves. It is the community we live in and contribute to, based on our beliefs.

We do not get to dictate what others believe.

We all get ONE vote. If two people in a room vote differently, there's no progress. If they can sit down...

Sometimes in your life, you have things happen to you and, occasionally, something will get you when you least expect it but don't know how it happened. It infuriates me that because our world cultures are built on the concept of "go forth and multiply" -- not for any spiritual aspect, though that's how it was delivered to the Israelites who passed it on to Christians, but for the pure, simple reason of "more people, greater ability to dominate and exploit." It is not our obligation or right to overpopulate. It is irresponsible and stupid.
