Flood Insurance Program Extended until 5/31/2012

Congress has yet to pass a 5 year reauthorization bill and has instead passed a series of short term extensions. The latest extension authorizes the flood insurance program until May 31st, 2012.

This federal program is critical to homebuyers in many parts of Florida who need flood insurance in order to get financing for their home purchase. It is also important to the thousands of homeowners who’s properties are located within flood zones.

Short sales have been around for several years now, but they take on new significance in 2012 due an upcoming deadline.

Things are pretty slow at my desk so while I wait for things to do, I've been reading environmental sites as background research for the environmental management project I have in process. I've blogged earlier about how depressing the overall situation looks, despite our gains in some areas. Ok so it's been about 4 years since I talked to him and even after 4 years he is still been on my mind and if it was a long term relationship I would understand why this is happening to me but we went to school together and never actually talk to each other we might of said 5 words to each other through out the whole school year and then he got expelled and and my friend txt him and told him how I felt about him and found out that he felt the same way in return and we talked 4 like less then a week...
