Bank of America is Gambling that Housing Prices have hit bottom. In a new research report on Thursday, Bank of America-Merrill Lynch mortgage strategists and economists boosted their forecast for U.S. home prices this year. They now see prices squeezing out a 0.5 percent gain. That doesn't sound like much, but it is up quite a lot from the bank's older forecast of a 3.5 percent fall in prices this year.

I am supposed to be studying. It is not working too well today. I am missing my new home. I bought a house in Florida and only get to go visit a few times a year. I have to be patient for a few years until I can move there. I go to my house and never want to leave to come back to Ohio. I can't go yet though. I have to finish my degree and get the job down there. I keep thinking this is my husband's dream to live in Florida. If that were the truth, I wouldn't think about it all the time. I feel bad...

Meeting people in Bismarck, ND

So, I moved to Bismarck in August and I have struggled to meet people and find some friends since I travel a lot for my work.

However, I have tried some church groups and the Young Professionals chapter here but I've still had difficulties finding people like me - everyone seems to to have a group of friends already. However, I know this can't be true since Bismarck is booming and I know that there are plenty of young people in the area. Is there anyone out there like me? Suggestions...
